- Filip Noubel grew up in Prague,Tashkent, Odesa and Athens; and works in Czech, English, French, Mandarin Chinese and Russian. He is a journalist, editor, media trainer, researcher and literary translator with over 30 years of experience in Central Europe, Central Asia, the Himalayan region and East Asia. Filip is also Editor at Large for Global Voices (mainly for Francophone Africa), and at Asymptote Journal (for Central Europe and Central Asia). His current research focuses on the crossroad of literary and media narratology.
